The Tools

These self-administered tools are built for behavioral health organizations that need more than a vendor pitch. Each one delivers a structured, independent evaluation of where your organization stands and what needs to happen before AI goes any further.

  • Before you evaluate vendors, build a business case, or put AI in front of a clinician, you need to know if your organization is actually ready.

The Vantage AI Readiness Assessment is a self-administered evaluation that takes 15–20 minutes to complete. It examines six domains of organizational readiness: strategic clarity, workflow and supervisory infrastructure, clinical documentation quality, data readiness, leadership alignment, and change readiness. The assessment produces a scored, classified result that tells you exactly where you stand and why.

    What's included:

    • Self-Administered Assessment — 27 structured questions built for behavioral health leaders. No consultant required. Complete it on your own time at your own pace.

    • Executive Report — A detailed written report interpreting your domain scores, identifying your specific readiness gaps, and providing prioritized recommendations tied to your classification tier.

    • Leadership Slide Deck — A presentation-ready deck summarizing your results and recommendations, built for board meetings, leadership retreats, or internal planning sessions.

    • Your result is one of four classifications: Ready to Implement, Ready with Constraints, Conditionally Ready, or Not Ready, each with a clear explanation of what it means and what to do next.

  • Before you defend an adverse event, brief your board, or expand AI across your clinical operations, you need to know whether your governance infrastructure can actually support it.

The Vantage AI Governance Readiness Assessment is a self-administered evaluation that takes 25–35 minutes to complete. It examines seven domains of governance readiness: decision rights and accountability, clinical integrity and documentation quality, data governance and vendor risk, workflow integration and operational alignment, change management and cultural readiness, measurement and definition of success, and training, competency, and leadership acumen. The assessment produces a scored, classified result that tells you exactly where your governance stands and holds every finding to the standard of observable practice, not intent.
